When it comes to speed, our Extreme Sectional Door is in a class of its own. With speeds up to three times faster than a traditional sectional door, efficiency is at an all-time high.

Door components are also manufactured for the long haul. The springs offer double the life of that on a traditional sectional door along with heavy duty hardware, double end stiles and an upgraded lift cable for optimal performance. Roller life is also extended due to tandem nylon rollers, which also reduce running noise for a smooth and quite operation.

Designed with safety in mind, the Extreme Sectional door comes standard with a light curtain that offers 3 feet of protection. It also includes a cable management system and standard cable monitor to prevent unwanted door movement. Wireless edge options are also available as an additional safety precaution.

The Extreme Sectional door can be customized to fit your exact specifications. Model 904 offers a full-view vision window while Model 3200 and 3700 offers an insulated version to control temperature and noise transmission. This door can be customized to fit any needs of even the most unique application.

To round out this door, it is powered by a LiftMaster^® operator. Featuring an average operating speed of 24” per second, the LiftMaster® operator has a direct drive system and lists daily duty cycles at 600 cycles/day over a two-year warranty period. This operator can also connect to wi-fi for seamless operation and has an easy-to-read display with easy limit-setting technology.

The CornellCookson Extreme Series High Performance Door System boasts an opening speed of 24" per second, allowing productivity to flourish while also delivering a flawless aesthetic thanks to optional full-view windows. Tandem nylon rollers improve roller life and reduce running noise for smooth, quiet operation while safety stays top of mind with enhanced features such as 3' of light curtain protection, a cable management system and standard cable tension monitor.

Made of 2-1/8” durable commercial grade aluminum, making it virtually maintenance-free and long-lasting.

Model 904U made of 2-1/8" durable commercial grade aluminum with polyurethane insulation with an R-value of 3.8 (with clear insulated glass)

Tongue-and-groove with integral joint seal for further reduction of air and water infiltration.

Smooth flat frame edge design for a more contemporary look.

Reinforcing fin included on doors wider than 14’. Doors 12’ and under do not use built-in reinforcing fin. Usage on widths 12’2” to 14’ depend upon glass weight. WINDCODE® doors may vary.
